What’s included in a turnover?

Everything a vacant unit needs to be move-in ready — cleaning, painting, repairs, flooring, maintenance, inspections, punch-list, and handover. We coordinate and quality-check all of it.

How is pricing determined?

Per unit. We assess the unit, define the full scope, and give you an itemized quote and target ready date upfront — you approve the price before any work begins.

How does billing work?

One consolidated, itemized invoice per unit. Instead of reconciling separate bills from every trade, you get a single statement — clean for your accounting and owners.

What areas do you serve?

The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — from downtown Toronto through the surrounding municipalities.

Are the trades insured?

We confirm liability insurance and WSIB coverage for the trades we coordinate before they enter your unit, so the people doing the work are properly covered.

What if something isn’t right?

You have one point of contact who owns the result. Every unit is inspected against a move-in-ready standard before handover — and if anything’s off, you call one number, not a roster of vendors.

Can I request only some services?

Yes — that’s a Custom Turnover. Choose the specific trades a unit needs and we coordinate them as one managed job (best for two or more trades). For a complete, lease-ready result, choose a Full Turnover.
