Our story

Why we built Turnit.

We built Turnit because we experienced firsthand how fragmented the unit turnover process had become. Property managers were forced to coordinate multiple vendors, chase schedules, resolve communication gaps, and absorb the cost of delays.

We believed there had to be a better way — one trusted partner that could take ownership of the entire turnover process. Turnit was created to make unit turnovers simpler, faster, and fully coordinated, so property managers can focus on managing properties, not vendors.
